The Green Street Garage is a PUBLIC PARKING GARAGE. The rates are competitive with all of the surrounding surface lots but with the added protection of parking inside. Generally, Newark Parking Authority enforces non-moving violations (parking rules), Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm. UNLESS the signage on the street says 4:00 P.M. In that case, we stop enforcing at 4:00 P.M. However, depending on the area, parking can be enforced as early as 7:00 AM and continue up until 11:00 PM. The Authoriity does have "evening enforcement" rules.
